Terms of service
The terms this website is offered under, and how we work when you engage us.
Using this website
This website is published by Codeeo, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You may read it, print from it and share links to it. Please do not copy its text, design or images for use elsewhere without asking us first.
Everything on it is offered for information. Prices, timelines and availability described here are not an offer until we put them in a written quotation for your project. These terms were last updated on 16 September 2026.
Quotations and engagement
We quote in writing, with the scope, the timeline and the price stated before any work begins. A quotation is valid for the period written on it. Work starts when you accept it in writing.
Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is done, rather than added to an invoice afterwards.
What we need from you
Projects depend on your input: content, approvals, access to accounts and answers to questions. Where a project is delayed because that input has not arrived, timelines move accordingly and we tell you at the time rather than at the end.
Payment
Invoices are issued as set out in your quotation and are payable by the date on the invoice. Where a project runs in stages, each stage is invoiced as it completes.
Work may be paused where an invoice is overdue. We will always tell you before that happens.
Ownership of the work
On full payment, the work we deliver for you is yours: the design, the code we wrote for your project, the content we produced, and the accounts we created in your name, including the domain, the hosting and the advertising accounts.
Third party components stay under their own licences, and our own internal tools, methods and libraries stay ours. Where a project uses a paid theme, plugin, font or stock asset, its licence is transferred to you or bought in your name.
Portfolio and confidentiality
We treat everything you share with us as confidential and do not disclose it to anyone outside the project. We may describe the work publicly and show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to, which you are free to do at any time.
Warranty and support
We fix faults in work we delivered, at no charge, for the period stated in your quotation. That covers defects in what we built. It does not cover changes you make afterwards, third party services failing, or new requirements, which are quoted as new work.
Liability
We take responsibility for our own work and for correcting it. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of data held elsewhere, or consequences arising from services we do not control, such as hosting providers, payment gateways, advertising platforms or government portals.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending an engagement
Either of us may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed and committed to that point, and we hand over what has been paid for, together with the accounts in your name.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
