Education AI agents built for Saudi rules, systems and regions.

We offer education AI agent development Saudi Arabia institutions can roll out across regions without rewriting the rules for each one. Our agents tutor, answer families, support teachers and prepare quality evidence in Arabic and English, while respecting the Personal Data Protection Law, the standards set by national education bodies and the identity and payment systems Saudi families already use. Staff keep the final say on grades, records and anything sensitive.

This page covers the national picture: who regulates what, which platforms an agent must live alongside, and how to deploy one design across Riyadh, the Makkah region, the Eastern Province and smaller cities. Our team of 80+ includes people in Riyadh, working with colleagues in Dubai and Karachi.

What the agents can do

Capabilities that hold up across the whole Kingdom.

Saudi education is shaped by a small number of national bodies. The Ministry of Education sets curricula and runs national platforms such as Madrasati and the Noor student system. The Education and Training Evaluation Commission runs national tests and, through its accreditation centre, reviews universities and programmes. The National eLearning Center licenses e-learning providers and publishes standards for digital content. The Technical and Vocational Training Corporation oversees much of vocational training, and SDAIA oversees personal data protection and national AI ethics principles.

An agent that will run in many regions has to respect all of this once, centrally, rather than being patched campus by campus. The capabilities below are the ones we see work best at national scale. Each can be switched on per region, per school type or per programme. Public sector deployments follow additional government procurement and hosting rules, which we work through with your procurement and IT teams rather than around them.

Explain your project
  • Curriculum aligned tutor

A tutor grounded in the Saudi curriculum, or in your international curriculum, that explains concepts, sets practice and gives hints rather than answers. Content is restricted to material your academic team approves, with age appropriate rules for each stage from early years to secondary. Teachers can see the questions their class asked, which turns the tutor into a source of insight for the next lesson.

Students in every region get the same quality of help after school hours.

  • Teacher planning assistant

Teachers ask for lesson outlines, differentiated tasks, rubrics and Arabic or English worksheets based on the approved scheme of work. Drafts stay drafts until the teacher edits and accepts them, and the assistant cites which curriculum outcome each activity covers.

Planning time drops without losing the teacher's judgement.

  • Verified guardian assistant

Guardians sign in through Nafath or your own verified login, then ask about attendance, timetables, reports and policies. Because identity is confirmed, the agent can answer about a specific child, and it only shares what that guardian is entitled to see. Divorced or separated parents, and other guardians named by the family, can each be given the access the school's records allow.

Parents get answers about their own child without calling the school.

  • Fees and invoicing helper

For private schools and training providers, the agent explains invoices, sends reminders and links to payment through mada, SADAD, Apple Pay or your gateway. Invoices themselves are issued by your finance system in line with ZATCA e-invoicing, and the agent never changes amounts or agrees discounts.

Fewer finance calls during billing periods.

  • National test practice coach

Practice for the aptitude and achievement tests run by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission, built from your own question banks. The coach explains methods, adapts difficulty and shows tutors a clear picture of each student's weak areas.

Preparation programmes reach students in towns without a local tutor.

  • Special education and inclusion support

Schools across the Kingdom are expanding inclusion for students with learning differences. The agent helps teachers adapt materials, produce simplified Arabic or English versions of a text, and track the accommodations listed in each student's plan. It never diagnoses, and plans are written and approved by specialist staff and the family.

Accommodations are applied consistently in every classroom, not only where a specialist is present.

  • Quality and accreditation evidence agent

Gathers course reports, surveys, attendance data and improvement plans from shared storage, checks them against your accreditation or school evaluation checklist, and drafts summaries for the quality team. Every draft links back to its evidence. Reminders go to course owners whose files are still missing, long before the deadline.

Review preparation is spread across the year, not crammed before a visit.

  • E-learning provider support agent

Licensed e-learning providers and edtech platforms need learner support that scales nationally. The agent answers questions on enrolment, progress, certificates and technical issues from your help content, and escalates problems with full context. It can also log the learner interactions your quality processes need to evidence.

Support quality stays consistent as enrolments grow across regions.

  • Vocational and workplace learning coach

For training providers and employer academies, the coach explains theory, records on the job evidence and reminds trainees of assessments, in Arabic or English. Competency decisions stay with qualified assessors.

Trainees spread across sites get the same support as those near head office.

  • Regional operations console

A central view of every agent by region, school or programme: volumes, languages, escalations, corrections and unresolved issues. National leadership sees patterns, such as a policy that confuses parents in one region, while local managers see only their own sites.

Head office can manage many campuses from evidence instead of anecdotes.

Who this is for

Four kinds of national operator we build for.

Rolling an agent out across the Kingdom is a different problem from launching one on a single campus. Dialects shift between Najd, the Hijaz, the Eastern Province and the south. Some regions have strong internet and dense school networks, others are spread out. Separate men's and women's sections, different school types and regional education administrations all affect who approves what. These are the four kinds of operator who most often ask us to plan for that.

01

A private school group with campuses in several regions

You want one agent design with local control. We build a shared core for policies, safeguarding and reporting, then give each region its own content, contacts and escalation routes. Pilots usually run in one region before others join, and the console lets group leadership compare how families in different cities use the agent. New campuses opened later simply join the next wave, inheriting the tested core on day one.

One design, local ownership of content and escalations.

02

A university with branch campuses or several colleges

Universities often run campuses in different governorates with shared regulations but different services. We ground a student services agent in your central rules, add campus specific content, and integrate through your identity and student systems with the approval of your IT and data protection offices. Campus teams can update their own services content, while changes to central regulations are approved once and flow to every campus at the same moment.

03

A licensed e-learning provider or edtech platform

You serve learners everywhere in the Kingdom and need agents inside your product. We design support, tutoring and progress agents that respect the National eLearning Center's standards for your licence category, keep logs your quality team can use, and scale with demand during exam seasons. Peak periods are load tested before they arrive, so a surge in learners the night before a national test does not slow the agent down.

We work with your compliance lead on licence obligations.

04

A training provider or employer academy with dispersed trainees

Trainees work across sites from Tabuk to Jizan. A mobile coach that works on weak connections, records evidence offline and reports centrally gives every trainee equal support, while assessors in each region keep sign off authority. Programmes supported by national workforce initiatives under the Human Capability Development Program often need clear progress records, and the coach produces them as a by product of everyday use.

Six steps to a national education agent rollout.

  1. 01National discoveryWe review your structure across regions, the regulators and platforms that apply to you, your data rules and the requests that repeat everywhere, and choose the first agent and pilot region together.
  2. 02Compliance and data designPDPL obligations, guardian consent for minors, data residency, NCA controls and any licence conditions are mapped into the design, with your data protection officer approving it before build.
  3. 03Shared core buildPolicies, safeguarding rules, Arabic and English conversation design, identity, logging and the operations console are built once, so every later region inherits them.
  4. 04Regional content layerEach region or campus adds its own timetables, contacts and local policies, tested with dialect phrasing collected from that region's real messages.
  5. 05Pilot and evaluationOne region goes live first. Staff mark answers, we fix sources and rules, and accuracy targets agreed in discovery must be met before the next region joins.
  6. 06Wave rollout and upkeepRemaining regions join in planned waves. Content is refreshed when the ministry changes calendars or rules, and the console shows each region's corrections so quality stays even.

Technology

What we build this with.

We deploy in Saudi cloud regions or your own tenancy where data residency matters, connect to identity through Nafath or your single sign on, and choose language models after testing them on Saudi dialects and your real content. Agents sit behind documented APIs, so models can be changed later. Logs, evaluation sets and the knowledge base live in your accounts, so a new model can be tested against the same questions before it replaces the old one.

Questions national education operators ask us.

Data protection, cybersecurity and education standards together.

The Personal Data Protection Law, overseen by SDAIA, governs how student and guardian data is collected, used and stored. National Cybersecurity Authority controls apply to many institutions and their suppliers. Education bodies add their own expectations: the Ministry of Education for schools, the evaluation commission for testing and accreditation, and the National eLearning Center for licensed digital learning. We map which apply to you in discovery.
