One gym website platform for a brand with branches across the Kingdom.

Codeeo delivers gym website development Saudi Arabia chains and growing brands use to present every branch, in every city, from one platform. We build the national brand site, city hubs, branch pages, campaign landing pages and enquiry routing for gym groups, franchise networks and women's fitness brands, with Arabic first design, a shared CMS with permissions per city and a search structure that lets each branch rank locally while the brand ranks nationally.

As sport participation grows under the Vision 2030 Quality of Life Program, more operators are opening in second and third cities. The website has to scale with them: a new branch should go live in an afternoon, consistent with the brand and accurate for its city. That is the standard we build to.

What the platform includes

The parts a multi city gym brand needs from its website.

A gym brand in one city can get by with a handful of pages. A brand in five or ten cities cannot. It needs a structure where the national story, the city context and the branch detail each have a home, where local managers can keep their own branch accurate without breaking the brand, and where head office can launch a campaign across the Kingdom in a single morning.

National operators also carry obligations a single studio rarely thinks about: personal data handled under one policy across every branch, hosting decisions that satisfy group security standards, consistent licence and company details, and reporting that compares cities fairly. The capabilities below are the ones we build into a national gym platform, and we agree the first release and later phases during discovery, starting with what your busiest cities need most.

Explain your project
  • National, city and branch hierarchy

Brand pages at the top, a hub page for each city such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah or Abha, and a page for each branch underneath. Each level has its own content and search purpose, and internal links move people from the brand story to the nearest branch in two taps. Smaller cities can share a regional hub until they have enough branches to justify their own.

The brand ranks nationally while every branch ranks in its own city.

  • Branch launch template

A tested template for new branches covering address, hours, facilities, sections for men and women, coaches, photos and map, with a pre opening mode that collects interest before the doors open. Head office approves; the branch goes live. Closed or relocated branches are handled through the same template, with redirects to the nearest open location.

New openings get a complete page without a development project.

  • Shared CMS with regional permissions

Roles for head office marketing, regional managers, branch managers and franchise partners, each limited to their own content. Brand components, colours and wording rules are locked so local edits cannot drift from the brand. Every change is logged with who made it. Editors see only the tools they need.

Local accuracy and national consistency at the same time.

  • Arabic first, bilingual structure

Arabic designed as the primary language with full right to left layouts and English as a complete parallel site, with hreflang tags, separate metadata and keyword plans for each language. Search terms differ by region too, so city hubs use the words people there actually type, including local names for districts.

Search engines serve the right language to the right person.

  • National campaign pages

Landing pages for national campaigns such as Saudi National Day, Founding Day or the start of a new season, published once and shown with city or branch details where relevant, then retired cleanly when the campaign ends. Regional teams can add local offers inside the national frame.

Head office runs campaigns across the Kingdom from one place.

  • Enquiry routing by city and branch

Visit requests, trial sessions, corporate enquiries and WhatsApp clicks routed by city and branch to the right sales team, with the source campaign attached, and fed into your CRM or club system. Response times can be tracked per city. Duplicate enquiries are merged before they reach sales.

Every lead has an owner, wherever in the country it came from.

  • Licence and company details

Fields for commercial registration, VAT number and the Ministry of Sport licence details you choose to publish, maintained per legal entity or franchise partner and shown consistently in footers and branch pages. Updates to one entity flow everywhere its details appear. Nothing is shown that you have not approved.

Company details stay correct as the network grows.

  • Data protection and security

Privacy notices, consent and retention rules designed against the Personal Data Protection Law and SDAIA guidance, access controls on lead data, and hosting chosen with your security team with NCA controls in mind where they apply to your group. Consent records travel with each lead into your CRM.

One policy for personal data across every branch and city.

  • Group reporting

Analytics and dashboards that compare enquiries, conversion and search visibility by brand, city and branch, so head office can see where the website performs and where a branch page needs work. Reports can be shared with regional managers for their own area only. Targets can be set per city.

Decisions about content and campaigns rest on comparable numbers.

  • Speed and accessibility at scale

A content delivery setup that serves pages quickly from Tabuk to Jazan, images resized automatically for each device, Arabic fonts that render cleanly, and accessibility rules built into the shared components, so every new branch page meets the same standard without separate testing. Each release is checked automatically.

Hundreds of pages stay fast and usable as the network grows.

Who this is for

Four national operators who need more than a branch site.

National gym websites fail in two familiar ways: a brand site that ignores the branches, or a pile of branch sites that look like different companies. The right answer depends on how your business is organised, who owns each club and how fast you are opening. These are the four structures we work with most often across Saudi Arabia, and how the platform adapts to each. Many groups are a mix, and the platform is configured for the combination you actually run.

01

A chain consolidating several old websites

Acquisitions and early growth often leave a chain with separate sites per city or brand, each with its own login and its own outdated pages. We audit them all, keep the content that ranks, merge everything into one platform and map every old address to its new page, so search visibility built over years is not thrown away. Logins, plugins and hosting accounts scattered across old suppliers are brought under your company's control in the process. The merged platform usually costs less to run.

Consolidation is as much about redirects as design.

02

A franchise brand with partner owned clubs

Franchise partners need to manage their own branches but cannot rewrite the brand. We give partners scoped access to their branches, route their leads to them directly and keep brand content under head office control, with approval steps for anything partners publish. Head office can see every partner's lead volume and response times, which helps when reviewing franchise performance. New partners are onboarded with a short guide and a training session, so they can publish confidently from their first week.

03

A women's fitness brand opening in several regions

Privacy and tone run through the whole platform: imagery rules applied centrally, female only routing for enquiries and branch pages that explain access and parking for women arriving on their own. Each new city inherits the same rules automatically. Regional teams of female staff can edit their own pages, and male head office staff only see aggregated reporting where that is your policy. Brand guidelines for photography and wording are stored in the CMS itself, where every editor can find them, and new cities launch with the same care as the first.

04

An investor launching a new gym concept

A new brand needs to look established from day one and scale fast. We build the national platform before the first branch opens, starting with brand pages and a pre opening interest list, then add cities and branches as leases are signed. The design system and governance are in place before scale arrives, which is far cheaper than retrofitting them across twenty live branches. Investor reporting can draw on the same analytics from the first enquiry onwards. Early decisions are documented for the board.

Build once for ten branches, launch with one.

A phased rollout for a national gym website.

  1. 01Discovery and auditWe review your brands, cities, branches, current sites, listings and systems, in person at our Riyadh office or by video, and agree what the platform must do in its first phase.
  2. 02Architecture and governanceSite hierarchy, language structure, roles and approval rules, data handling and hosting decisions, documented and signed off by head office before design. Responsibilities for content in each city are named.
  3. 03Design systemArabic first and English components, branch and city templates, and imagery rules, built so new pages assemble from approved parts. The library grows as new needs appear, with each addition reviewed.
  4. 04Pilot cityOne city and its branches launched first, with routing, analytics and CRM connections tested under real traffic before the rest of the Kingdom follows. Lessons from the pilot shape the rollout plan.
  5. 05National rolloutRemaining cities migrated in planned waves, redirects applied for each old site, listings aligned and regional editors trained. Each wave is reviewed before the next begins, and branches stay live throughout.
  6. 06Ongoing governanceRegular reviews of content accuracy, search performance by city and lead quality, plus new branch launches handled through the template. Brand checks catch drift early. New cities are added as soon as leases are confirmed.

Questions national gym operators ask about their website.

Mainly data protection, consumer and company disclosure rules.

The Personal Data Protection Law, supervised by SDAIA, governs the enquiry data the site collects, including consent, notices and retention. Groups with government links or strict internal standards may also apply NCA controls to hosting. If the site later sells memberships, it adds the e-commerce law, registering the online store with the Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA e-invoicing and VAT, and SAMA rules through your payment provider. We keep the website ready for those additions without building them before you need them.
