Matrimonial memberships for Jeddah families, in their own languages and on their terms.

We take on matrimonial membership website development in Jeddah for khatba agencies, community matchmakers and marriage services that sell plans to families across the Hijaz. Jeddah families are Saudi households with deep roots in the city alongside Muslim families from South Asia, Egypt, Yemen, Indonesia and beyond, many with relatives overseas. The site has to sell a plan clearly in more than one language, take payment from cards issued at home and abroad, and keep each family's privacy intact throughout.

Discovery for Jeddah clients runs by video call with our Riyadh team, with screens shared and every decision written up afterwards. You show us how your service charges families today, and we design the paid plans, renewals and member area around it. The outcome is a matrimonial paid membership platform development plan that your matchmakers have read and agreed.

What we build for Jeddah services

A membership site that works for a city of many communities.

Jeddah has always been a meeting point. The port, the old trading houses of Al Balad and the route to Makkah brought families from across the Muslim world, and many of them still look for a spouse through people who understand their community. A paid matrimonial membership here has to respect that. One family wants an Arabic interface and a khatba from the Hijaz; another wants Urdu or English and a matchmaker from their own background; a third is a brother in Jeddah paying on behalf of a sister whose guardian lives abroad. The features below are the ones Jeddah services ask for most, and each is designed so that payment, privacy and consent stay connected. Nothing here is a mobile app feature; it all runs in the browser, on phones and laptops alike.

Explain your project
  • Multilingual plan and checkout pages

Arabic is the default, with English and any further language your members need, such as Urdu or Bahasa Indonesia. Plan names, renewal terms and refund rules are translated by people, not machines, because a misunderstood refund clause causes more complaints than any bug.

Every member reads the terms in a language they trust.

  • Payments from home and abroad

mada and Apple Pay for members in Jeddah, STC Bank (formerly STC Pay) for wallet users, and Visa and Mastercard for relatives paying from Cairo, Karachi or London. All of it runs through one SAMA licensed gateway so reporting stays in a single place.

A relative overseas can pay without a bank transfer.

  • Payer and member kept separate

The person paying is often not the person being introduced. The site records the payer, the member and the guardian as distinct roles, so a brother can renew a sister's plan without ever seeing her messages or her photo settings.

Paying for someone never means reading their private data.

  • Identity and age verification

Saudi citizens and residents verify through Nafath where your company is approved for it; members abroad use a passport and live photo check through a verification provider. Under 18s cannot register, and unverified accounts cannot buy a plan.

Every paying member is a real, verified adult.

  • Community matchmaker assignment

Members choose the language and community matchmaker they prefer, and the admin routes assisted plans to that person. Matchmakers see only their own members, and the agency owner sees load and response times across the team.

Families are served by someone who understands them.

  • Gated guidance library

Paid tiers can include a members only library: articles on preparing for a first family meeting, what to ask about expectations, and premarital health screening, written or approved by your team. Content is respectful and practical, never suggestive.

Membership offers value even between introductions.

  • Pause instead of cancel

Families sometimes need to stop the search for a while, during travel, an engagement that is being considered, or a busy season. A pause freezes billing and hides the profile, then resumes on a date the member picks. You decide how many pauses a plan allows in a year.

Fewer cancellations from members who only needed a break.

  • Safety tools in every view

Block and report buttons sit on every profile and conversation. Reports include the message history, go to a trained moderator, and can suspend both access and billing while a case is reviewed. Members are warned in their own language about requests for money.

Scams and misconduct are caught early.

  • Fatoora invoicing and VAT

Payments, renewals and refunds produce ZATCA compliant e-invoices and credit notes, with the payer's details where required, so overseas payments are invoiced as correctly as local ones.

Accounts stay clean however many currencies the cards come from.

  • Tiers that match how Jeddah families buy

A self service tier for families who prefer to browse verified profiles themselves, an assisted tier with a named matchmaker, and a family tier where the guardian manages everything. Upgrades charge only the difference for the remaining term, and downgrades apply at the next renewal, both explained on the plan page in every language.

Members can move between levels of service without confusion.

Who this is for

Four kinds of Jeddah service we build for.

The Jeddah services that come to us rarely begin with an empty page. They have families who trust them, a phone that rings all day and a payment process held together by transfers and WhatsApp messages. A membership platform turns that into something the service can grow. On every one of these sites, members are matched on values, education, location and family expectations, never sorted by caste, sect or tribe, and nothing on the site is suggestive.

01

A long standing khatba in the Hijaz

A khatba whose reputation travels by word of mouth among Jeddah families usually wants the website to protect that reputation, not replace it. We build a quiet, Arabic first site that sells a small number of assisted packages, collects payment and documents, and leaves every introduction in the khatba's hands. Families who would rather pay in person can still do so, and the khatba records it in the admin so the member area shows one history.

The khatba stays the service; the site handles the paperwork.

02

An agency serving several communities

Agencies with matchmakers who speak Arabic, Urdu, English or Indonesian need one platform with language aware plan pages, routing to the right matchmaker and reporting by team. Families from different communities can still meet when both sides choose it, but nobody is pushed into a pool they did not ask for. Reports show sign ups, renewals and cancellations by language, so the owner sees which team needs support.

03

A service whose members have family abroad

When guardians live outside the Kingdom, the site has to support international card payment, video introductions with a chaperone present and guardian consent captured remotely. We design these flows so the member in Jeddah and the family overseas always know what has been approved. Notices go by email and SMS to the guardian abroad, in the language they chose at sign up.

Remote consent is recorded with time and approver.

04

An operator adding Makkah and Madinah

Jeddah services often expand into the two holy cities. The platform supports city as a field, matchmakers in each city and tiers that can differ by city, so expansion is a configuration change, not a rebuild. Each city can have its own matchmakers, its own plan pages and its own reports, while members and payments stay in one database.

How a Jeddah membership site goes from first call to first renewal.

  1. 01Video discoveryTwo or three calls with the owner, a matchmaker and whoever handles money. We cover packages, languages, the communities you serve and the questions families ask before they pay. Notes go to you the same day.
  2. 02Plans, rules and translationTiers, pause and cancellation rules and refund terms agreed in Arabic first, then translated by people into each further language before design starts.
  3. 03Design for every scriptRight to left and left to right layouts designed together, tested with long Arabic and Urdu names, and built mobile first because most members pay from a phone.
  4. 04Gateway, verification and rolesGateway onboarding, tokenised renewals, Nafath or document checks, and the payer, member and guardian roles built and tested as one connected flow.
  5. 05Scenario testingAn overseas card declined at renewal, a pause and resume, a guardian withdrawing consent, a report filed in Urdu. Your team signs off each case on a test site.
  6. 06Launch and review callsExisting members invited in, payments switched on, and a monthly review call on renewals, pauses, cancellations and moderation, with changes released on an agreed schedule.

Technology

What we build this with.

The stack follows your gateway, your verification provider and the languages you serve. Fonts, search and sorting are tested for Arabic and Urdu script, and hosting location is agreed against the PDPL before launch. Admin access to every service stays with you, so you can change provider later.

Questions Jeddah matchmakers ask before going paid online.

Plans, payment, verification, privacy and moderation, built as one system.

We design the plan pages and checkout, connect a SAMA licensed gateway, add identity and age checks, build the member area with renewals, pause and cancellation, and give your matchmakers and moderators an admin console. For Jeddah services we usually add more than one language and support for relatives paying from abroad. Everything is scoped in writing after the video discovery, so you know what is in the first release.
