One booking and payment platform for pet care brands across the Kingdom.

Codeeo delivers pet care booking website development in Saudi Arabia for grooming chains, boarding and daycare groups, clinic networks and pet retail brands that run services in more than one city. Customers book and pay online with mada, Apple Pay, STC Bank or instalments, in Arabic or English, while head office controls services, prices and policies centrally and each branch runs its own calendar. The platform is built around Saudi rules from the outset: personal data under the PDPL, payments through SAMA licensed providers and invoices that meet ZATCA e-invoicing.

A single studio can manage with a simple booking tool. A brand opening its third or fourth branch, perhaps in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province, needs shared customer accounts, consistent policies and reporting that compares branches. That is the platform this page describes. Smaller rollouts can start with two cities and grow.

What the platform handles

What a national pet care booking platform has to get right.

Pet care has grown quickly across the Kingdom as more households keep cats and dogs, and the operators serving them have grown with it, from single salons into groups with branches in several cities. Their booking needs change at that point. The issue is no longer taking a booking; it is keeping one brand, one set of policies and one customer record while each branch keeps its own staff, hours and capacity.

Regulation also becomes a bigger part of the build. A national platform handles more personal data, more payments and more invoices, so the PDPL, SAMA payment rules, ZATCA e-invoicing and NCA cybersecurity controls shape the architecture rather than sitting on a checklist at the end. Pet care online booking system development at this scale is as much about governance as it is about calendars. These are the capabilities we build.

Explain your project
  • Multi city, multi branch setup

Head office defines the service catalogue, standard durations and brand policies once. Each branch then switches services on or off, sets local prices and opening hours, and manages its own groomers, rooms and vans. Customers see only what their nearest branch offers, with a clear branch picker by city.

Consistent brand rules with local control where it matters.

  • Single customer and pet account

One login and one pet profile work in every branch. A family that grooms in Riyadh and boards in Jeddah during a summer visit does not register twice, and staff in either city see the pet's notes, vaccination record and booking history.

Customers move between branches without starting again.

  • Saudi payment methods

Checkout runs through a SAMA licensed gateway with mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, plus STC Bank where the gateway supports it. Tabby and Tamara can be offered on larger packages and long stays, subject to their approval. Settlement can be mapped to branch level reporting.

Customers pay the way they already pay everywhere else.

  • ZATCA e-invoicing

Every booking payment, deposit and refund produces a VAT invoice or credit note. We plan the setup with your finance team so the platform or your accounting system meets ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) requirements for your business, including the integration phase that applies to you.

Finance closes the month without rebuilding invoices by hand.

  • Central policies and refunds

Deposit levels, cancellation windows, credit rules and peak season terms are set nationally and can be overridden by branch where needed. Policies are shown before payment, stored with each booking and applied automatically, with refunds returned through the gateway.

Every branch applies the same rules, and disputes fall.

  • Boarding and daycare capacity

Room and kennel types, nightly and package pricing, minimum stays over Eid and school holidays, and daycare passes are managed per branch. Group managers see occupancy across all cities in one view and can direct demand to branches with space.

Peak periods are planned across the network, not branch by branch.

  • Mobile grooming fleet scheduling

Vans are assigned to cities and zones, customers see only slots when a van is nearby, and each groomer gets a daily run sheet. Fleets can grow city by city without changing how bookings work.

Each van completes more grooms with less driving.

  • Bilingual messaging at scale

Confirmations, reminders, vaccination alerts and rebooking prompts go out by WhatsApp and email in the customer's chosen language, using approved message templates managed centrally. Branches can add local details such as parking or arrival instructions without editing the brand wording, and timing adjusts automatically for Ramadan hours.

Every customer hears from the brand in the same voice, in every city.

  • Data protection and security

Role based access separates head office, branch managers and staff. Personal data is minimised, consent is recorded, and requests to access or delete data can be handled from the admin. Hosting location and security controls are agreed with you against the PDPL and the relevant NCA controls.

Compliance is designed in, not patched on before launch.

  • Group reporting

Dashboards compare branches and cities by bookings, utilisation, cancellations, refunds and revenue per service. Data exports feed your accounting, ERP or business intelligence tools, so regional managers can act on the numbers.

Head office sees which branches and services perform, every week.

Who this is for

Four kinds of Saudi pet care business that need a national platform.

A national booking platform is a bigger commitment than a single branch booking page, and it only makes sense when the business has outgrown local tools. These are the four situations where we see that most often in the Kingdom. If you are a single branch operator in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam, our city pages describe a smaller scope that may suit you better. The common thread is more than one location and a need for the same rules to apply everywhere.

01

A grooming chain opening in a new city

You have proven the model in one city and are opening in another. We set up the platform so the new branch launches with the same catalogue, policies and booking experience, while its staff, hours and prices are its own. Customers who move between cities keep their account and history. Head office can preview each new branch's pages and prices before they are published, so nothing goes live by accident.

Most chains roll out one city at a time.

02

A boarding and daycare group

Your facilities fill at the same moments, before summer and each Eid, across every city. A shared platform shows group wide occupancy, enforces payment deadlines, and lets staff suggest another branch when one is full. Daycare passes can be used in any branch you choose. Payment deadlines and automatic release of unpaid holds keep peak weeks fair for every family on the waiting list.

03

A clinic network selling non clinical services

Veterinary groups operate under Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture approvals and municipal licensing, and their clinical records belong in practice software. We put grooming, boarding and wellness packages on a paid booking platform, with clinical appointments sent as requests to each clinic's reception rather than sold online. Each clinic can still advertise its location, hours and specialists on the platform, with a direct number for urgent cases.

Clinical data stays out of the public website.

04

A pet retail brand adding services

You sell food and accessories in stores or online and want to add grooming or daycare in selected locations. We build a booking platform that sits alongside your store, shares customer accounts where possible and lets you launch services in some branches before others. Good pet care booking website design in Saudi Arabia keeps that brand experience consistent from the shop to the salon. Loyalty points or store credit can be shared between retail and services if your systems allow it.

How we roll out a booking platform across Saudi cities.

  1. 01National discoveryWorkshops with head office in Riyadh or by video, and calls with branch managers in each city, to map services, policies, payments, invoicing and the systems already in place.
  2. 02Architecture and compliance planData model for branches and customers, hosting location, PDPL measures, gateway choice and ZATCA e-invoicing approach agreed with your operations and finance teams.
  3. 03Design and contentArabic first booking screens with right to left layouts and English versions, a shared design system and service content written once for every branch.
  4. 04Pilot branchOne branch goes live first with real customers and payments, so policies, durations and staff tools are proven before the rest of the network joins.
  5. 05City by city rolloutRemaining branches join in planned waves, each with staff training, data import and a short period of close monitoring.
  6. 06Ongoing improvementGroup reporting, customer feedback and branch requests drive a regular release plan, handled by a retainer or a dedicated team.

Questions national pet care brands ask before building.

Data protection, payments, invoicing, e-commerce registration and cybersecurity.

The PDPL, overseen by SDAIA, governs customer and pet owner data. Payments must run through SAMA licensed providers. VAT invoices must meet ZATCA e-invoicing (Fatoora) requirements. The e-commerce law applies to online sales, which usually means registering the online store with the Ministry of Commerce. NCA controls guide security. Veterinary services carry their own licensing through the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture and municipalities, which your advisers should confirm. We build the site so it supports these obligations, and we flag the points your legal team should sign off.
