National pet care websites for brands with branches across the Kingdom.

Codeeo delivers pet care website development in Saudi Arabia for clinic groups, grooming chains, boarding and daycare operators and pet retail brands that serve more than one city. We build a single Arabic first website with a full English version, a location page for every branch, a content structure that ranks nationally and locally, and enquiry routes that reach the right branch team. Head office keeps control of the brand and the rules, while each branch keeps its own details accurate.

This page is about the website: presence, search, content and enquiries. Online booking, payments and a store are separate platforms that connect to it, so the site can launch nationally without waiting for every branch to be ready to take money online. The website still prepares the ground: clean service data, location records and customer contact routes that a booking or commerce platform can reuse.

What a national site needs

One website, many branches, one set of rules.

A pet care brand operating in Riyadh, Jeddah, the Eastern Province and beyond faces problems a single clinic never meets. Each city has its own searches, its own districts and its own customer mix, yet the brand must look and sound the same everywhere. Branch managers want to update their own hours and staff, head office wants approval over services and claims, and the whole thing has to meet Saudi rules on data, security and commerce.

We design the site as a system rather than a set of pages. A location model holds every branch with its hours, team, services and map. Service pages are written once at national level and then enriched with local detail. Editing rights follow your organisation chart, and the technical base is built to carry booking, a store or a member area later without starting again.

Explain your project
  • Location model for every branch

Each branch is a structured record with address, hours, phone, WhatsApp number, team and services offered. The site generates a location page per branch and city hub pages that list them, and the same data feeds structured markup, so search engines and owners always see consistent details. Closing or moving a branch updates every listing on the site at once.

Adding a branch is a form, not a design project.

  • National and local SEO together

National service pages target broad searches in Arabic and English, while city and branch pages target local intent. Internal links connect the two, schema for veterinary care, pet stores and local businesses is applied per branch, and every Google Business Profile points to its own location page.

Ranking for the brand nationally and each branch locally.

  • Arabic first with matching English

Right to left layouts designed from the start, a complete English version for expatriate owners and international partners, separate URLs per language and hreflang tags. A shared glossary for breeds, services and medical terms keeps both versions consistent across every branch. Both languages are tested on real devices.

One brand voice in two languages.

  • Roles, approvals and branch editing

Head office edits national pages and approves new claims. Branch managers update their own hours, staff and notices but cannot change brand content. Every change is logged with who made it, so the group can audit what was published and when. Access is removed in one step when staff leave.

Local accuracy without losing central control.

  • Licensing and trust information

Veterinary clinics and vets need licences from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, and owners increasingly check. Vet profiles and branch pages carry licensing fields, commercial registration details sit in the footer, and medical content goes through clinical review before publishing. Expired details are flagged for editors to update.

Credibility that holds up under scrutiny.

  • Data protection by design

Forms collect the minimum, consent is managed for analytics and marketing, and privacy notices follow the Personal Data Protection Law under SDAIA. Enquiry data is stored with access limited by branch, hosting location is agreed with your team, and security controls follow the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls where they apply to you.

A site your legal and IT teams can sign off.

  • Enquiry routing by city and service

A grooming question from Jeddah reaches the Jeddah groomers; a boarding enquiry in Riyadh reaches that boarding team. Forms, WhatsApp buttons and call links are set per branch and service, and every lead is tagged so head office can see volume and response across the network.

    No enquiry lost between branches.

  • CRM and ERP connections

Leads flow into Dynamics 365, Zoho, HubSpot or your existing CRM with branch and service tags. Branch data can sync from your ERP or practice management system so the website never disagrees with internal records about opening hours or services. Each integration is tested with sample data before launch.

One source of truth for branch information.

  • Performance at national scale

Image heavy galleries, many locations and two languages can make a site slow. We use caching, a content delivery network, responsive images and careful script budgets so pages pass Core Web Vitals on mobile data in every city you serve. Speed is monitored after launch, not only before it.

Fast pages wherever the owner is.

  • Ready for commerce later

If you plan to sell food and supplies or take bookings online, the site is structured to accept them. That later step brings its own requirements, including registering the online store with the Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA e-invoicing and SAMA licensed payment providers, which we plan as a separate project. Planning it separately keeps the website launch simple and the commerce work properly specified.

No rebuild when you start trading online.

Who this is for

Four kinds of organisation that need a national pet care site.

A national website makes sense once your brand appears in more than one city or plans to. Below that point, a single location site is usually the better choice. These are the situations where a multi city build pays back the extra planning, and each one changes what we put first in the rollout. Across all four, the first question is governance: who writes national content, who keeps branch details correct and who signs off anything clinical. Answering that early saves months of confusion after launch, when dozens of people suddenly have editing access and nobody is sure which version of a page is the right one.

01

A clinic group opening in new cities

Clinic groups need consistent medical standards on the page and accurate local information at each branch. We build a vet directory across the network, national service pages reviewed by your clinical lead and branch pages with emergency arrangements and directions. New clinics can be added and announced as soon as their licences and staff are confirmed. Where branches offer different specialities, the directory makes that clear so owners in each city are sent to the clinic that can actually help.

Clinical content always has a named reviewer.

02

A grooming or boarding chain

Chains grow branch by branch, and each opening needs to be found quickly. A location model, city hubs and a launch checklist for every new branch mean a fresh location page can go live with its profile, photos and schema on the day the doors open, with head office approving the content first. Old branch addresses are redirected rather than deleted, so any saved links still work. Shared policies on vaccinations and handling are written once and shown on every branch page.

03

A pet retailer adding services nationally

Retail brands often add grooming rooms, vet corners or daycare inside stores. The website must explain which services each store offers without confusing shoppers. We map services to stores in the location model so each store page shows exactly what is available there, and national pages filter by city. Product and brand pages can also bring in owners searching for specific foods, and send them to the nearest store that stocks them, which links retail search traffic to the service side of the business.

An online store can follow on the same foundation.

04

An international brand entering the Kingdom

Brands arriving from abroad need a Saudi site rather than a translated global one. We plan Arabic first content, local search research, Saudi contact routes, PDPL compliant forms and hosting decisions with your regional team, while keeping the global brand system intact so the Saudi site still belongs to the group. Product names and service terms are adapted for Saudi owners rather than translated word for word. We also plan how the Saudi site links to the global site. Shared assets stay in one library.

How we roll out a national pet care website.

  1. 01Discovery and governanceWorkshops in Riyadh or by video call to map branches, services, approval rules, systems and who owns each piece of content across the group. Existing sites and listings are audited at the same time.
  2. 02Information architectureA national sitemap with service pages, city hubs and the location model, plus the Arabic and English keyword research behind every page. Each page is linked to its target searches.
  3. 03Design systemTemplates and components for right to left and left to right, built once so every branch page and future section follows the same brand rules. Components are documented for future developers.
  4. 04Build and integrationsCMS roles, branch data, CRM and ERP connections, consent management and security controls, built and tested in a staging environment. Integrations are tested with sample data. Security settings are reviewed with IT.
  5. 05Pilot citiesWe launch with the branches that are ready, often in one or two cities, measure enquiries and fix friction before the wider rollout. Findings from the pilot shape the rollout plan.
  6. 06National rolloutRemaining branches go live in planned waves with redirects, profile updates and training for each branch editor, followed by ongoing SEO. Each wave closes with a review against agreed measures.

Technology

What we build this with.

For national sites we usually pair Next.js with a headless CMS, or use WordPress multisite where editing simplicity matters more. Hosting, CDN, backups and monitoring are set up in your accounts, with data location and controls agreed with your IT team.

Questions national pet care brands ask us.

Data protection, cybersecurity and, if you sell online, commerce rules.

Any site collecting personal data must follow the Personal Data Protection Law overseen by SDAIA, including notices, consent and data subject rights. Organisations in scope of the NCA controls need hosting and security to match them. Clinics should present licensing from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture accurately. Once you sell online, registering the online store with the Ministry of Commerce, ZATCA e-invoicing and SAMA rules for payments also apply. We flag which of these affect your first release and which can wait, so legal review is focused.
