Care booking websites that take visits and payments across the Kingdom.

Codeeo delivers senior care booking website development Saudi Arabia operators can run from one city or many. Families choose a home visit, a day centre session or a respite stay, see real availability, pay a deposit or the full amount with mada, Apple Pay or a card, and receive a ZATCA compliant invoice. Your coordinators get one calendar for caregivers, vehicles and rooms, and your finance team gets payments that already match the bookings.

The website books and charges for the services your licensed team provides. It does not assess anyone or give care advice, and it is built Arabic first, with right to left layouts, under the Personal Data Protection Law from the first design session.

What the platform handles

Booking and payment features shaped by Saudi rules and Saudi families.

A national care operator faces three questions on every booking: can we cover this address, who pays, and how do we invoice it correctly. The platform answers those before the family reaches checkout. That is the difference between senior care online booking system development done for a care operator and a generic appointment plugin with a care logo on it. Each branch keeps its own service area and staff, while prices, policies and payment settings sit centrally so a family in Tabuk sees the same terms as a family in Abha.

Underneath sit the national systems an operator cannot avoid: payment gateways licensed by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), e-invoicing through ZATCA's Fatoora platform, identity checks with Nafath where you want them, and data handling that follows the Personal Data Protection Law enforced by SDAIA. We plan each of these as part of the build, not as an afterthought in the final month.

Senior care online payment integration also has a human side. The person paying may be a daughter in Jeddah settling visits for a father in Hail, or a brother abroad covering part of a monthly package. We design receipts, payment links and shared family credit so the people who pay always know what they paid for and which visit it covered.

Explain your project
  • Multi-branch availability

Each branch publishes its own postcodes or districts, working days and staff. A family enters an address, and the site offers only the services and time slots the nearest branch can actually deliver. Head office sees every branch in one view and can move capacity between cities when demand shifts, for example during school holidays or Ramadan.

Families are never sold a visit no branch can cover.

  • Service catalogue with booking rules

Companion visits, personal care hours, day centre sessions, overnight respite and escorted outings each carry their own rules: minimum length, notice period, caregiver gender preference, and whether a coordinator must approve first. The catalogue is edited by your team in Arabic and English without a developer.

Every service books under the conditions you set for it.

  • Deposits, packages and full payment

Take a deposit to hold a slot, charge in full at booking, or sell a package of hours that the family draws down. Payments run through a SAMA licensed gateway with mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, plus STC Bank (formerly STC Pay) where your gateway supports it. Tabby or Tamara can be offered on larger packages if you choose.

Cash flow follows bookings instead of chasing them.

  • Payer and care recipient profiles

The person paying is often a son or daughter, and the person receiving care is a parent who may never log in. We keep the two apart: one payer can manage bookings for two parents in different cities, and recipient details stay visible only to the staff assigned to that home.

Families book for parents without sharing a single login.

  • Fatoora e-invoicing and VAT

Every paid booking produces a tax invoice or simplified tax invoice in the format ZATCA requires, with VAT shown correctly and the QR code in place. We connect the site to your accounting system or a certified e-invoicing provider so invoices are reported or cleared as your integration phase demands.

Invoices pass ZATCA checks without manual retyping.

  • Cancellation and refund engine

Cancellation windows, partial refunds, credit to the family account and rescheduling are written as rules, not decided case by case at the phone. The policy appears on the service page and again at checkout, as the e-commerce law expects, and refunds go back to the original payment method through the gateway.

Fewer disputes, because the terms were shown before payment.

  • Nafath sign-in option

For services where you must know exactly who booked, such as a long respite stay or a recurring care plan, families can verify through Nafath. Simpler one off bookings can use mobile number and one time password. You decide which services require which level.

Identity checks where they matter, speed where they do not.

  • Reminders in Arabic and English

Confirmation, a reminder the day before, the caregiver's name on the morning of the visit and a payment receipt afterwards, sent by SMS, email or WhatsApp Business. Messages follow the language the family chose at booking.

Fewer missed visits and fewer calls asking who is coming.

  • Consent and audit records

Health related details count as sensitive data under the PDPL. The site records what each family agreed to, keeps the minimum information the booking needs, logs who opened a care recipient's file, and supports requests to access or correct data.

You can show how personal data was collected and used.

Who this is for

Four kinds of operator we build care booking sites for.

Senior care in the Kingdom is mostly delivered at home, and the Elderly Rights and Care Law places weight on older people living with their families. That shapes demand: families want trusted help coming to the house, booked and paid without endless phone calls. The operators who come to us usually fit one of these four positions, and the right platform differs for each.

Senior care booking website design for these groups starts from the family's side: short pages, plain Arabic, large tap targets, prices and policies visible before any form, and a clear way to speak to a coordinator when the situation does not fit a standard service.

01

A home care group present in several regions

You may run branches in Riyadh, Jeddah and the Eastern Province with different teams and slightly different service lists. We give each branch its own calendar and coverage while keeping one brand, one checkout and one finance feed. Reporting shows bookings, cancellations and revenue per city, so regional managers are measured on the same numbers and head office can decide where to open next.

Central rules, local calendars.

02

An elderly day centre network

Day centres sell sessions, memberships and transport. The site handles weekly attendance plans, a seat limit per day, optional pickup slots with your vehicles and monthly billing for regular attendees. Families see which days still have space at each centre and can add an extra day during a busy week without calling the front desk.

Seats, sessions and transport booked together.

03

A new operator entering senior care

If you are launching after obtaining your licences, the booking site is often the first real system you own. We start with a small catalogue, one payment gateway and a simple coordinator view, and design the data model so branches, packages and integrations can be added later without a rebuild. Registering the online store with the Ministry of Commerce and gateway onboarding are planned into the same schedule.

Start lean, keep room to grow.

04

A charity or association with paid and subsidised services

Some associations charge for part of their support and fund the rest. The site can mark a booking as fully paid, partly subsidised or free, with eligibility checked by your staff before confirmation. Donors and paying families never see each other's records, and finance reports separate earned income from funded activity for your board and auditors.

One booking flow, several funding routes.

Six stages from first call to taking paid care bookings nationwide.

  1. 01DiscoveryWe list every service, city, payment rule and existing system, confirm which licences cover which services, and agree the first release. Riyadh clients can meet us at our office there; other cities join by video call.
  2. 02Booking rules and data modelCoverage areas, notice periods, deposits, cancellation windows, staff skills and the payer to recipient relationship are written down and approved before any screen is designed.
  3. 03Arabic first designRight to left layouts designed first, English mirrored from them, large readable type and short forms, tested with the sons and daughters who actually book.
  4. 04Payments and invoicingGateway onboarding, mada and Apple Pay set up, refund flows tested, and the Fatoora integration connected to your accounting or e-invoicing provider.
  5. 05Testing and soft launchEvery booking type, payment method and cancellation path tested, then a soft launch in one city with real families before other branches go live.
  6. 06City by city rolloutBranches added one at a time with their own coverage and staff, while we track conversion, abandoned checkouts and cancellations to tune the flow.

Technology

What we build this with.

We usually build on Next.js or Laravel with a scheduling engine designed for care rules, hosted where your data residency decision places it, and connected to your gateway, accounting and CRM through their APIs. The stack is chosen with the team who will run it afterwards.

Questions Saudi care operators ask before going online.

A booking engine, a payment flow and the national compliance pieces around them.

You get a public site where families choose a service, check availability for their address and pay, plus an admin side where coordinators assign caregivers and manage changes. Around that we connect a SAMA licensed payment gateway, ZATCA e-invoicing, messaging and your accounting system. Data handling follows the PDPL, and the online store is prepared for registration with the Ministry of Commerce. The order of these pieces is agreed in discovery.
