One spa website that grows with your branches across the Kingdom.

Codeeo offers spa website development in Saudi Arabia for spa groups, hotel and resort operators, franchise holders and wellness brands opening in more than one city. We build a single Arabic first platform with a complete English version, city and branch pages that rank locally, treatment content managed centrally, and enquiry routes that reach the right branch. It is planned around Saudi rules from the start: municipal licensing, the Personal Data Protection Law, data hosting choices and Arabic as the default language.

A brand that opens in Riyadh, then Jeddah, then the Eastern Province should not end up with three websites and three versions of its menu. We design the structure once so each new branch becomes a set of fields in the CMS, not a new project.

Built for
Spa groups, hotel and resort operators, international spa franchises and licensed home spa services operating in several Saudi cities.

Platform features

What a multi city Saudi spa website is made of.

A national spa website carries two kinds of information. Some of it belongs to the brand: treatment philosophy, signature rituals, product partners, the look and tone. Some of it belongs to each branch: its address, hours, sections, local offers and the person who answers enquiries. Problems start when these are mixed, and a change to one treatment has to be copied by hand across a dozen pages.

We separate them in the content model. Head office owns brand content once, branches inherit it and add their local layer, and every page is generated from those structured pieces in Arabic and English. The result is a site that stays consistent as it grows, with search pages for each city and each branch, and reporting that shows which locations and channels bring enquiries. These are the components we usually include. The final list depends on how many branches you run now and how fast you plan to open more.

Explain your project
  • Central content with branch inheritance

Treatments, rituals and brand pages are written once by head office. Each branch selects which treatments it offers, adds local notes and prices on request, and the site builds city and branch pages from that data automatically, in both languages. Signature rituals can be flagged so they appear first on every branch page.

One edit updates every branch that offers the treatment.

  • City hubs and branch pages

A hub page for each city, such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah or Abha, lists the branches there with maps and hours. Branch pages carry directions, parking, section details and a contact route owned by that branch's manager. Hubs link to one another so guests travelling between cities can find you again.

Guests find their nearest branch and search engines see clear local pages.

  • Licence and section settings per branch

Municipal licences differ by branch. The CMS records which sections each branch is licensed for and whether home services are offered, and the site shows only the treatments and options that branch can legally provide. When a licence changes, updating one record corrects every page for that branch.

No branch page promises a service it is not licensed for.

  • Arabic first, English complete

Right to left layouts designed alongside English ones, native copywriting in each language, separate language URLs with hreflang tags, and a style guide so treatment names stay the same on the site, at reception and on receipts across every city.

Both languages read as originals, nationwide.

  • Enquiry routing and CRM

Booking requests, corporate enquiries, franchise and partnership enquiries and job applications each follow their own route. Requests reach the right branch or department through email, WhatsApp Business or your CRM, with source and language tagged. Unanswered requests can trigger a reminder to the branch manager after a set time.

Head office sees every lead; branches act on their own.

  • Resort and destination pages

Spa operators in tourism destinations such as AlUla or the Red Sea coast sell to travellers planning ahead. Their pages focus on the setting, packages and how to reserve alongside a stay, with content suited to international visitors. Arrival times, transfers and what is included are spelled out.

Destination spas reach guests before they arrive.

  • National SEO architecture

Technical SEO, DaySpa structured data per branch, consistent business details, XML sitemaps per language and Google Business Profiles linked to the matching branch page. The architecture is planned so a new city adds ranking pages without diluting existing ones. Each new city is checked in Search Console after launch.

Search visibility grows with every branch opened.

  • Roles, approvals and audit trail

Head office, regional managers, branch managers and translators each get permissions suited to their job. Brand pages need approval before publishing, branch hours do not, and every change is logged. Access is removed in one step when someone leaves.

Control at the centre, speed at the branch.

  • Privacy, consent and hosting

Forms collect the minimum, consent is recorded, and the privacy notice reflects the Personal Data Protection Law and SDAIA guidance. Hosting is chosen with you, including Saudi data centres, with security practices informed by NCA controls.

Guest data handled in a way you can explain to anyone who asks.

  • Group reporting

Analytics and a simple dashboard show enquiries by city, branch, language and channel, so marketing spend and new openings are judged on leads rather than traffic alone. Reports can be shared with branch managers each month.

Clear evidence for where to invest next.

Who this is for

Four kinds of operator building a national spa presence.

The Quality of Life Program under Vision 2030 and growth in domestic tourism have brought more spa brands into Saudi cities and resorts. Operators reach a national website from different starting points: a successful single city brand expanding, a hotel group adding spas to its properties, an international franchise entering the Kingdom, or a licensed home service covering several cities. Each needs the same foundations but weights them differently, so discovery starts with your growth plan rather than a page list. A franchise that must satisfy a global brand team has different priorities from a Saudi founder who controls every decision.

01

A Saudi spa brand moving into new cities

A brand that built its name in one city now has branches planned elsewhere. Its old site was designed for one location and cannot scale. We rebuild it as a multi city platform, keep existing rankings with redirects, and set up branch templates so the next opening takes days of content work rather than a new development project. We review which pages bring enquiries today so the strongest content is kept and improved rather than rewritten from nothing.

Redirects protect the rankings the first city earned.

02

A hotel or resort group with several spas

Hotel groups often bury the spa inside each property's site. A dedicated spa platform, or a spa section with its own structure, lets the group present treatments consistently, route enquiries to each spa desk and promote spa packages to members and outside guests. We work within the group's brand and technical standards. Membership and day access options can be shown per property, since they often differ.

03

An international spa franchise entering the Kingdom

Franchise holders must follow global brand rules while serving Saudi guests. We adapt the global design to Arabic first layouts, local licensing and sections, Saudi hosting choices and local search, and document every change so the franchisor can approve it. Treatment names are localised carefully rather than translated literally.

Franchisor approval steps are built into the plan.

04

A licensed home spa service across cities

Where municipalities license home spa services, operators need a site that explains service areas city by city, how therapists are vetted, which treatments travel and how to request a visit. Enquiries are routed by city and district to the coordinator responsible for that area. Pages make clear that bookings are confirmed by a coordinator, not instantly.

Service areas are shown only where a licence is held.

How we build and roll out a national spa website.

  1. 01Discovery and growth planWorkshops in Riyadh or by video with head office and branch managers. We map current branches, planned openings, licences, systems and how enquiries are handled today.
  2. 02Content model and sitemapWe define brand content, branch content and city hubs as structured types, then write a sitemap in Arabic and English with a search target for every page.
  3. 03Design systemA component library for right to left and left to right layouts, built for phones first, so every future page uses approved patterns without fresh design work.
  4. 04Build and integrationsDevelopment of the platform, CMS roles, routing to CRM, WhatsApp Business and email, and links to booking systems at branches that have them.
  5. 05Launch of the first citiesTesting, redirects from old sites, Google Business Profile updates and staff training for the first wave of branches, followed by a review of search and enquiry data.
  6. 06Rolling branch rolloutNew branches are added from templates on a planned schedule, with SEO, translations and profiles handled the same way each time. Each wave is reviewed before the next begins.

Technology

What we build this with.

National platforms usually run on a headless CMS with a Next.js front end, which handles many branches, two languages and strict performance targets well. Smaller groups may suit WordPress. Hosting and data location are decided with you during discovery. Analytics, consent and search tools are configured once and inherited by every new branch.

Questions spa groups ask before a national website.

Branch growth, licensing differences, two languages and data rules.

Design the content model for many branches even if you have two today. Record licence sections and home service permissions per branch. Treat Arabic and English as full versions with their own URLs. Decide hosting location and privacy processes under the Personal Data Protection Law before launch rather than after. These choices are cheap to make early and costly to change later. We also check the commercial registration and municipal licence details for each branch so the business name and address on every page match the official records.

Tell us what the business needs. We will tell you what to build first.
