Claims files that are ready before the adjuster is.

We build insurance AI agents for claims intake, document extraction, policy questions and quote requests. They collect and organise the facts so adjusters and underwriters can decide sooner. Adjusters make every claims decision.
Agents connect to your policy administration and claims systems and keep a full audit trail.
Built for
Insurers, managing agents, brokers and TPAs handling high volumes of claims, quotes and policy queries.
Typical timeline
A first agent, usually claims intake, reaches a supervised pilot in eight to twelve weeks.
What you own
You own the workflows, extraction models, prompts, integrations and logs, running in your environment.

What you get

Agents for every stage of the policy and the claim.

Each agent handles a defined step and passes structured work to a person. Nothing is paid, declined or bound by an agent alone.
Explain your project
  • FNOL claims intake agent

Takes first notice of loss over WhatsApp, web or phone, asks the right questions for the claim type and collects photos and documents. It opens the claim with every required field filled.

Claims start complete, so adjusters stop chasing basic details.

  • Claims document extraction agent

Reads police reports, medical invoices, repair estimates and receipts, and pulls the amounts, dates and parties into the claim file. Fields the model is unsure about are highlighted for a handler to confirm.

Handlers check extracted data rather than keying it in.

  • Policy Q&A agent

Answers policyholder questions about cover, excesses and how to claim, quoting the wording of their own policy. If the wording is unclear, it says so and passes the question to a person.

Policyholders get a straight answer and the contact centre takes fewer repeat calls.

  • Quote intake agent

Collects risk details for motor, home, health or commercial quotes and checks them against your underwriting rules. It sends a complete submission to the underwriter or rating engine.

Underwriters receive submissions they can work on without going back to the customer.

  • Broker support agent

Answers broker questions on appetite, product rules and required documents, and reports on submission status. Brokers get answers on WhatsApp or the portal without waiting for an underwriter to call back.

Brokers find you easier to place business with.

  • Renewal reminder agent

Sends renewal notices, collects changes in circumstances and flags customers who may not renew. Retention staff get a list with the reasons attached.

Renewals are prepared early, and at risk customers get a call in time.

  • Claims triage summary agent

Writes a short summary of each new claim, noting missing documents, coverage questions and possible fraud indicators for review. The adjuster decides what happens next.

Adjusters spend their time on judgement, not on reading the file twice.

  • Damage photo review agent

Uses computer vision to sort claim photos, check they show the damaged item and flag images that need a closer look. The assessor makes the damage and repair decision.

Assessors see organised evidence and request fewer extra photos.

Who this is for

Insurance businesses we build for.

Insurance agents pay off where volume is high and information arrives scattered across channels.
01

Insurers

Motor, health and property insurers handling large volumes of claims and policy questions. Agents take on intake and extraction so adjusters can focus on decisions.

Start with FNOL intake.

02

Brokers and managing agents

Brokerages and managing agents juggling quotes, submissions and client questions across many carriers. Agents collect information once and keep clients and underwriters updated.

Start with quote intake and broker support.

03

TPAs and claims administrators

Third party administrators processing claims for several insurers, each with its own rules. Agents apply the right rules per client and prepare files for handlers.

Start with document extraction.

How we put an insurance agent into service.

  1. 01MapWe follow real claims or quotes through your process with handlers and underwriters, and pick the step with the most manual work. Compliance agrees what the agent may do.
  2. 02ConnectWe integrate with your policy administration, claims and document systems through their APIs. Extraction is built and tuned on your actual documents.
  3. 03EvaluateWe test against a set of past claims and quotes with known outcomes, reviewed by your senior handlers. Errors are fixed before any customer sees the agent.
  4. 04RunWe launch on one product line, log every interaction and review escalations with your team. Other lines follow once the results are accepted.

What insurance teams ask us.

No. Adjusters decide.

The agent collects, extracts and summarises, then hands a complete file to an adjuster. Settlements, declines and coverage decisions stay with your authorised staff. The agent's work and the human decision are both recorded.

Tell us what the business needs. We will tell you what to build first.
