LMS software that keeps one training record across every country you work in.

Codeeo LMS is our own learning management system, built on Next.js for the web with a Flutter app for iOS and Android. Organisations with people spread across several countries use it to publish courses, enrol staff by role or department, run assessments, issue certificates and see who has fallen behind. We set it up for you, adapt it to your structure and stay with it after launch.

Built for
HR and learning teams, training providers and academies that teach people in more than one country.
Typical timeline
Setup scope, content migration and launch order are agreed in discovery and written down before configuration begins.
What you own
Your courses, learner records, certificates and reports remain yours, and where the platform is hosted is agreed with you.

In short

For an international employer the course is rarely the hard part. The hard part is one reliable record of who learned what, when teams sit in different offices, speak different languages and report to different managers. Codeeo LMS is built around that record.

What Codeeo LMS does

Nine features that share one learner record.

Multinational training tends to break in the same places. One country keeps attendance in a spreadsheet, another uses a video tool with no completion data, and head office cannot answer a simple question such as how many supervisors finished the new conduct module this quarter. Codeeo LMS puts courses, people, results and certificates in a single system, so the answer comes from one place.

It is a cloud based LMS: learners open it in a browser or in the mobile app, and administrators manage it from any office. Each feature below writes to the same learner profile. A quiz result updates progress, progress drives reminders, and a pass can trigger a certificate with a renewal date. Regional managers see their own people; central teams see everyone. Language versions of courses and screens are planned during discovery for the countries you name, rather than bolted on after launch. Unlike generic employee training software, it is ours to change, so missing pieces can be built rather than worked around.

Explain your project
  • Course management

Build courses from videos, documents, slides and reading material, then group them into a catalogue your regions can share. A central team can own the master version of a module while local teams add country material beside it, so policy content stays consistent without blocking local detail.

One catalogue, with clear ownership of every module.

  • Employee enrolment

Assign training by role, team, department or office instead of name by name. When a new hire joins the sales team in a second country, the courses that role needs appear in their account without anyone sending a list by email.

The right people receive the right courses from day one.

  • Tests and assessments

Quizzes, exams and written assignments with pass marks you define. Retake rules, question pools and marking by a named reviewer are set per course, so a safety exam can be stricter than a product refresher. Reviewers can be named per course, so the right expert marks each submission.

Evidence of understanding, not just a click through the slides.

  • Progress tracking

Completion, scores and overdue items shown by person, team, office and country. Managers can see who started and stopped, who has not opened a course, and which modules people fail most often, which tells you where the content needs work. A regional lead can then compare offices without asking each one for a spreadsheet.

Gaps are visible before an audit or a launch exposes them.

  • Certificates and renewals

Issue certificates automatically when a learner passes, with an expiry date where the topic needs refreshing. The system tracks renewal dates and flags people whose certificate is about to lapse, across every office at once.

    No expired certificate goes unnoticed.

  • Live training

Schedule instructor led sessions, in a room or on a video call, and record who attended. Sessions can sit inside a course, so a workshop counts towards completion the same way an online module does.

Classroom and online learning end up in the same record.

  • Learning paths

String courses into structured programmes for onboarding, management development or a new product line. Paths can differ by country or role while sharing common modules, so a regional manager programme and a graduate programme reuse the same core content. Managers can enrol a whole team into a path in one step.

Programmes that run the same way in every office.

  • Reports and reminders

Training dashboards for central and regional teams, deadline tracking and automated notifications to learners and their managers. Reports can be filtered by country, department or course and exported for the people who need them outside the system.

Fewer chasing emails and clearer answers for leadership.

  • Mobile learning

The Flutter app gives learners on phones and tablets the same courses, quizzes and certificates as the web version. Staff who travel, work shifts or never sit at a desk can learn in short sessions and pick up where they stopped.

Training reaches people who are rarely at a computer.

  • Custom modules and integrations

When the standard features stop short, we build what is missing on the same codebase: a client portal for a training provider, a connection to your HR or payroll system, a specialist assessment type or an LMS database design that holds records your auditors expect. Each module is scoped in discovery and tested before it reaches learners.

The platform grows with you instead of being replaced.

Who it is for

Four kinds of organisation that outgrow spreadsheets and scattered tools.

Codeeo LMS suits organisations where training has to be proven, not just delivered, and where the people being trained are spread out across borders, time zones and languages. Below are the situations we see most often from international buyers and what each one usually needs in its first release. A first release that covers one clear need tends to win adoption faster than one that tries to do everything. If yours does not match any of these, discovery is where we work it out together.

01

HR and L&D teams in multinational companies

Central teams want one view of training across subsidiaries without forcing every country into the same courses. We set up shared core modules, country level administrators and reporting that rolls up to group level. Onboarding paths are usually the first thing to go live, because every office hires and every new starter needs the same foundations.

Group reporting with local control.

02

Training providers with clients abroad

If you sell courses to companies in several countries, each client needs its own learners, branding of reports and certificates with your name on them. Codeeo LMS can separate client groups so one customer never sees another, while you manage the catalogue once and track renewals across every account. Live sessions for each client can be scheduled and tracked in the same place.

Separate client groups, one catalogue.

03

Frontline employers with distributed sites

Retail, hospitality, logistics and facilities teams rarely sit at desks. They need short modules on a phone, clear deadlines and a supervisor who can see who is overdue on site. The mobile app and role based enrolment carry most of the weight here, alongside reminders that reach people between shifts.

Built around phones and shift patterns.

04

Academies and education providers

Schools, institutes and private academies teaching students in more than one country need courses, assessments, live classes and progress reports for students and staff. We configure Codeeo LMS for cohorts and terms rather than departments, and scope any student facing features that go beyond the standard set as custom work. Teachers get a view of their own classes; academic leads see the whole school.

Cohorts and terms instead of departments.

How a Codeeo LMS rollout runs, from first call to steady use.

  1. 01DiscoveryWe map your countries, roles, existing courses, reporting needs and the laws your legal team says apply. Everything goes into a written scope before configuration starts, including which languages launch first.
  2. 02ConfigurationRoles, departments, offices, enrolment rules, pass marks, certificate templates and reminder schedules are set up to match how your organisation is structured today, not a generic template.
  3. 03Content migrationExisting videos, documents, quizzes and completion history are reviewed, cleaned and moved in. We agree which records come across and which are archived, so the new system starts tidy.
  4. 04PilotOne country, region or department uses the platform first. Their feedback on navigation, course length and mobile use shapes the settings before the wider rollout. We agree in advance what the pilot must show.
  5. 05LaunchRemaining offices join in an agreed order, with administrator training by video call and short guides for learners. Enrolment rules assign the first courses automatically.
  6. 06SupportWe fix issues, adjust settings and build agreed improvements after launch. Usage and completion data show where learners struggle and which change to make next, and those changes are planned with you.

Technology

What we build this with.

The web platform runs on Next.js, which keeps pages fast for learners on slower connections in any country. The mobile app is built in Flutter, one codebase for iOS and Android, so features reach both platforms together. Custom modules use the same stack. Your administrators do not need to know either framework to run the platform day to day.

Questions international teams ask about Codeeo LMS.

By keeping one learner record while letting each country manage its own people.

In Codeeo LMS every learner belongs to an office, department and role, and administrators can be limited to the countries they manage. Shared courses are maintained once centrally, local modules sit beside them, and reports roll up from site to region to group. That structure is agreed in discovery, because it shapes enrolment rules, reminders and who can see whose results. Many groups start with one shared module, such as a code of conduct course, to prove the reporting works before migrating everything else.
