Valet, garage and lot apps built for Los Angeles drivers.

Codeeo designs and builds parking apps for Los Angeles valet companies, garage operators, off-airport lots and venues. Drivers reserve or request their car from a phone, pay with a wallet and skip the paper ticket, while your staff and managers work from one live dashboard. In a region where a single evening can mean a restaurant valet in West Hollywood, a garage in Century City and a stadium lot, the operator with the clearest app is the one drivers come back to.

We are a team of 80+ in Dubai, Riyadh and Karachi with 200+ projects delivered across the UAE and the US. Los Angeles clients work with us remotely, with every workshop, review and demo held by video call.

What we build

Parking features Los Angeles operators ask for first.

Parking in Los Angeles is less about one big garage and more about many small handovers: a valet stand outside a restaurant, a shared office garage that opens to the public after six, a lot near LAX that runs shuttles to the terminals, a surface lot that only fills on game nights at Dodger Stadium. Each handover is a point where a driver waits, a ticket gets lost or a payment fails. The capabilities below remove those moments. We combine them differently for each client, and the first release normally targets the one handover that causes the most complaints or lost revenue today. Later releases then add features in the order your drivers and staff ask for them, using real usage data rather than guesses.

Explain your project
  • Digital valet tickets

The valet scans or photographs the plate, records damage photos at drop off and texts the driver a ticket link. The driver requests the car from the table, tips in the app and walks out to a car that is already waiting at the stand.

No paper tickets, shorter waits at the curb.

  • Plate recognition with a published policy

California's law on automated license plate recognition requires private operators to keep reasonable security and publish a usage and privacy policy. When your garage reads plates, we build retention limits, access logs and the policy page into the product rather than leaving them to a later audit.

Camera based entry with the paperwork California expects.

  • Reservations by the hour or the event

Drivers book a space for a meeting in Downtown, a show in Hollywood or a match night, with entry windows, oversize vehicle options and clear rules about overstays. Event inventory can be released in stages so regulars get first access.

Predictable occupancy before the doors open.

  • Demand based rates

Rates can change by time of day, day of week or event, with ceilings and floors you set. LADOT has tested demand based meter pricing in parts of the city, so many local drivers already understand that a busy evening costs more than a quiet morning.

Prices that follow demand without manual changes.

  • English, Spanish and Korean

A large share of Los Angeles drivers read Spanish first, and a garage in Koreatown may serve many Korean speakers. We build the app for several languages from the first sprint, so rules, receipts and support messages read naturally in each one.

Fewer misunderstandings at entry and checkout.

  • Airport and shuttle timing

For lots that serve LAX travelers, the app takes flight details, books the stay and alerts the shuttle team when a returning driver lands. Drivers see when the next shuttle leaves and where to wait at the terminal curb.

Returning travelers are not left waiting for a ride.

  • Commuter and employee permits

Office landlords and large employers in Century City, Downtown and Westwood issue permits, set carpool or reserved space rules and manage waitlists. Employees renew, switch vehicles and add a second car from their phones.

Workplace parking managed without a front desk queue.

  • Merchant validation

Shops, clinics, salons and restaurants in a mixed use building issue validations from a simple web page or tablet, either by scanning the driver's ticket QR or by plate. Each merchant has a monthly cap and a statement, so the landlord bills validations accurately instead of reconciling stamped paper slips.

Tenants validate parking without a stamp or a cashier.

  • Wallets, cards and stored accounts

Apple Pay, Google Pay and saved cards through a PCI DSS compliant processor, plus corporate accounts billed monthly for studios and agencies that park guests and crews. Refunds and validations are recorded against the original payment.

Faster checkout and clean billing for business accounts.

  • Live operations console

Managers see cars requested, cars in transit, valets on shift, open spaces and payments by stand or garage in real time, with history for every ticket. Owners get daily revenue and occupancy reports by site.

Problems are visible while the shift is still running.

Who it suits

Where our Los Angeles parking apps fit.

The city's parking businesses range from a single valet crew to operators running dozens of garages across Downtown, the Westside and the San Fernando Valley. What they share is a customer who has already been sitting in traffic and has little patience for a slow handover. Traffic also makes timing hard to predict, so features that let a driver adjust a booking on the way matter more here than in many cities. These are the four situations we see most, and each one starts with a different feature set.

01

Valet companies serving restaurants and hotels

You staff stands at several venues and each one runs differently. A digital ticket and car request flow cuts the wait at closing time, damage photos settle claims quickly, and tips reach your team through the app. Managers can move valets between stands on a busy night and see which venue needs more staff on Fridays. Over time, the request history shows exactly how long each stand takes to return a car at peak hours.

Car request and damage photos come first.

02

Garage owners in office districts

Towers in Downtown, Century City and along Wilshire fill with monthly parkers on weekdays and sit partly empty at night. The app sells evening and weekend spaces to the public, keeps monthly permits on plate entry, and shows the landlord how much income each garage earns outside office hours. Unused permits also become visible, so you can release those spaces to the public instead of holding them empty.

Evening and weekend sales usually pay for the first release.

03

Off-airport lots near LAX

Travelers compare options before a trip and want certainty that a space and a shuttle are waiting. Booking with flight details, shuttle alerts, plate entry and a simple extension flow for delayed returns all keep reviews strong. Corporate travel accounts can be added once the consumer app is stable. Reviews and repeat bookings feed a simple loyalty rule, such as a priority lane or a covered space for frequent travelers.

Shuttle timing is the feature reviews mention most.

04

Venues, studios and event lots

Stadiums, concert venues and production lots need to move many cars in a short window. Prepaid passes, staff scanning that works when mobile signal drops, and separate permits for crews, talent and guests keep each group in the right place. After each event the dashboard shows which entrances slowed down. Crew and talent permits can expire automatically at the end of a shoot, which closes a common gap in lot security.

Plan offline scanning from the first sprint.

  1. 01Discovery by videoWe map each site, stand and lot with you over video call, review photos and equipment documents, and list where drivers wait, where staff lose time and where revenue leaks.
  2. 02Privacy and plate data planBefore design, we agree what personal and plate data the app collects, how long it is kept and what your CCPA and plate recognition policies need to say, with your counsel reviewing the wording.
  3. 03Prototype with staffValets, attendants and managers test a clickable prototype on their phones. Their feedback on speed and readability shapes the screens they will use every shift.
  4. 04Build in short sprintsDriver app, staff app and console are built together, with integrations to cameras, gates and your processor, and a test build at the end of every sprint.
  5. 05Soft launchOne stand, garage or lot goes live with a small group of regular drivers, and we track request times, payment errors and support messages daily. Fixes ship within the same sprint.
  6. 06Expansion and upkeepMore sites come on in planned waves while we maintain the apps through operating system changes and keep the plate data policy current as your setup grows.

Technology

What we build this with.

Cross platform mobile apps for drivers and staff, a cloud back end with real time updates for car requests, and a browser based console. Choices depend on your camera and gate vendors, your payment processor and who will maintain the platform after handover. Where a vendor publishes an SDK we use it, and we document every integration so a future team can maintain it.

Questions Los Angeles parking operators ask us.

A list of sites, your equipment details and your current pain points.

Bring the locations you want live first, the gate, camera or ticketing equipment at each, your payment processor and a short note on what goes wrong most often. If you read plates, bring your current privacy policy too. With those in hand, discovery moves quickly and the scope we write reflects how your stands and garages actually operate rather than a generic parking template. A short call with your equipment vendor early on often saves weeks of guessing later.
