Billionaire Homes came to Codeeo with a clear brief. Buyers judge the agency by its website first, so the site had to feel as considered as the properties.
About the client
Billionaire Homes sells at the top of the Dubai property market, where a single listing can be worth more than an entire building elsewhere in the city.
What they needed
At that level the website is part of the pitch. A buyer deciding whether to take a call judges the brokerage on how the property is presented, and a site that looks like every other portal quietly says the firm is like every other brokerage.
The site also had to work for people browsing from outside the UAE on a phone, often in a different time zone from the sales team.
What we built
A website built around the photography, with the restraint that expensive property needs. Listings are given room, typography is quiet, and nothing competes with the images.
Property pages carry what a serious buyer asks first: location, size, the specifics of the building, and a direct route to a person rather than a form that disappears into an inbox.
The enquiry path was kept short and obvious on every page, because at this price point the enquiry is the entire conversion and there will not be a second attempt.
How we worked
The design was approved before a line of code was written, which matters more here than on most projects, since the look is the product.
We built the listing template to be filled quickly by the team, so a new property goes live the day it is signed rather than the week after.
Domain, hosting and code sit with the brokerage, and the team can publish listings without us.
