Shaikh Holdings came to Codeeo with a clear brief. The site had to speak to institutional investors, not shoppers.
About the client
Shaikh Holdings is a holding company whose website has to speak to investors, partners and regulators rather than to consumers.
What they needed
A holding company site is usually either an empty brochure or an unreadable wall of text. Neither works for someone doing diligence, who is looking for the structure of the group, what it owns and who is accountable.
The tone had to be plain. Institutional readers discount marketing language, and a claim without substance behind it does more harm than no claim at all.
What we built
A corporate website written for institutional readers: the group structure, the businesses within it, governance and leadership, each in its own place and each easy to reach from the homepage.
The templates carry documents and announcements in a consistent format, so an annual statement or a notice is presented the same way every time it is published.
Nothing on the site claims more than the company can evidence, which was a deliberate decision taken with the client rather than a shortage of copy.
How we worked
We agreed the structure against the reader's questions in order, starting with what the group is and ending with how to reach it.
Copy was reviewed by the company before publication, as anything investor facing should be.
The site and every account behind it are registered to the company.
