The role

You own new business for Codeeo in Saudi Arabia. The pipeline comes from your own outbound, from the sales development representative, from inbound enquiries, from partners and from referrals. You run discovery, qualify hard, and bring a solution lead into the deal to scope and price it. Proposals go out with a fixed cost and a date, you close, and you hand over to delivery cleanly and stay close through the first project. You are measured on closed, delivered revenue, and commission is uncapped.

The KSA market

Who you will sell to in Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia is our fastest growing market since we opened in Riyadh in 2024. Vision 2030 programmes, family groups digitising, retailers moving online and government linked entities buying platforms and apps. Buyers expect Arabic, in person meetings, a local presence and patience with procurement, and they reward suppliers who show up.

What we look for

Education, experience, skills and the practical things.

Stated as what we actually look for. Experience in the software industry or at a digital, marketing or IT services agency is what we weigh most. If you are close on most of it, apply.

Education
A degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related field is useful. A closing record is what matters.
Experience
Three or more years selling technology services, software or agency work to businesses, in the software industry or at a digital, marketing or IT services agency, with numbers you can show: quota, attainment, average deal size, cycle length. Experience in the KSA market with its buyers, sectors and buying habits is strongly preferred.
Language
Arabic and English, both fluent, are required. Proposals, meetings and relationships in Saudi Arabia run in Arabic.
Right to work
An iqama and medical insurance are provided. Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply; you must be in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate at our cost.
