The role
This is the front of the funnel for Codeeo in Saudi Arabia. You research and reach companies that are likely to need what we build, by phone, email, LinkedIn and in person where it makes sense, and you qualify them: do they have the need, the budget, the timing and a person who can decide. A qualified conversation becomes a booked meeting for a business development manager, with your notes in the CRM, and you stay on the deal through to close. You work from a target list we build with you, a sequence we refine together, and a clear definition of what a qualified meeting is.
The KSA market
Who you will sell to in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia is our fastest growing market since we opened in Riyadh in 2024. Vision 2030 programmes, family groups digitising, retailers moving online and government linked entities buying platforms and apps. Buyers expect Arabic, in person meetings, a local presence and patience with procurement, and they reward suppliers who show up.

What we look for
Education, experience, skills and the practical things.
Stated as what we actually look for. Experience in the software industry or at a digital, marketing or IT services agency is what we weigh most. If you are close on most of it, apply.
- Education

- Experience
- One to three years in an SDR, inside sales or lead generation role selling to businesses, ideally in the software industry or at a digital or marketing agency, with the numbers to show: calls, meetings booked, conversion to proposal. Candidates from the KSA market who already know the companies we sell to move to the front.
- Language
- Arabic and English, both fluent, are required. Proposals, meetings and relationships in Saudi Arabia run in Arabic.
- Right to work
- An iqama and medical insurance are provided. Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged to apply; you must be in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate at our cost.
