In short

Meecon puts the whole conference on a phone: events and sub events, speakers, sponsors, live polls and audience questions. The unusual part is the admin, which lives in the same app, so an organiser can change a session or add a speaker from the floor.

The brief

Conferences change on the day.

A printed agenda is wrong by lunchtime. The app had to be editable by the organisers, from the venue, without a laptop.
