The role

After the first project ships, a client in United States needs one person who knows their business, their product and our team. That is you. You run monthly reviews on the numbers the client cares about, you scope and sell the next phase and the retainer with a solution lead, you catch risk early, and you turn satisfied clients into references and referrals. You are measured on retention, on growth of the book, and on the client's own results.

The US market

Who you will sell to in the United States.

The United States is our largest growth market and the one where we compete on price, speed and seniority against domestic agencies and offshore vendors. Our pitch there is simple: senior engineers, a written scope with a fixed cost, delivery that overlaps US hours, and a track record you can inspect. US buyers move fast, expect a proposal in days, and respect a salesperson who qualifies hard.
