The role
This is the front of the funnel for Codeeo in United States. You research and reach companies that are likely to need what we build, by phone, email, LinkedIn and in person where it makes sense, and you qualify them: do they have the need, the budget, the timing and a person who can decide. A qualified conversation becomes a booked meeting for a business development manager, with your notes in the CRM, and you stay on the deal through to close. You work from a target list we build with you, a sequence we refine together, and a clear definition of what a qualified meeting is.
The US market
Who you will sell to in the United States.
The United States is our largest growth market and the one where we compete on price, speed and seniority against domestic agencies and offshore vendors. Our pitch there is simple: senior engineers, a written scope with a fixed cost, delivery that overlaps US hours, and a track record you can inspect. US buyers move fast, expect a proposal in days, and respect a salesperson who qualifies hard.

What we look for
Education, experience, skills and the practical things.
Stated as what we actually look for. Experience in the software industry or at a digital, marketing or IT services agency is what we weigh most. If you are close on most of it, apply.

Candidates from the US market who already know the companies we sell to move to the front.

- Native level English, written and spoken. Proposals are read by founders and VPs who notice.
- Right to work
- You must be authorised to work in the United States. Employment is through our US arrangement, with base and commission in US dollars.
