Sales development representative, the United Arab Emirates.

Open conversations with companies that need websites, apps, systems and marketing, qualify them properly, and book meetings for the business development manager. Paid on meetings that turn into proposals and on the deals that close from them.
This is the front of the funnel for Codeeo in United Arab Emirates. You research and reach companies that are likely to need what we build, by phone, email, LinkedIn and in person where it makes sense, and you qualify them: do they have the need, the budget, the timing and a person who can decide.

The role

This is the front of the funnel for Codeeo in United Arab Emirates. You research and reach companies that are likely to need what we build, by phone, email, LinkedIn and in person where it makes sense, and you qualify them: do they have the need, the budget, the timing and a person who can decide. A qualified conversation becomes a booked meeting for a business development manager, with your notes in the CRM, and you stay on the deal through to close. You work from a target list we build with you, a sequence we refine together, and a clear definition of what a qualified meeting is.

The UAE market

Who you will sell to in the United Arab Emirates.

The UAE is our home market and the one we know best: 200+ projects delivered, a Dubai office since 2018, and a client base of free zone companies, real estate brokerages, clinics, retailers, logistics firms and the agencies that serve them. Buyers here expect a meeting, a proposal within days and a fixed cost. They are sold to by everyone, so credibility and speed win.

What we look for

Education, experience, skills and the practical things.

Stated as what we actually look for. Experience in the software industry or at a digital, marketing or IT services agency is what we weigh most. If you are close on most of it, apply.

Education
A degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field is useful. A record of hitting activity and meeting targets matters more.
Experience
One to three years in an SDR, inside sales or lead generation role selling to businesses, ideally in the software industry or at a digital or marketing agency, with the numbers to show: calls, meetings booked, conversion to proposal. Candidates from the UAE market who already know the companies we sell to move to the front.
Language
Fluent English is required. Arabic is a strong advantage and is expected for the Saudi facing part of any Gulf book.
Right to work
A UAE employment visa and medical insurance are provided. You must be in the UAE or willing to relocate at our cost.
Phone confidence and the discipline to make the calls every day

Resilience

What helps

Not required, but it helps in the UAE.

02
Experience selling to real estate, healthcare or retail in Dubai
03
Familiarity with DED, free zone licensing and the way new companies buy
