The role

This is the front of the funnel for Codeeo in United Kingdom. You research and reach companies that are likely to need what we build, by phone, email, LinkedIn and in person where it makes sense, and you qualify them: do they have the need, the budget, the timing and a person who can decide. A qualified conversation becomes a booked meeting for a business development manager, with your notes in the CRM, and you stay on the deal through to close. You work from a target list we build with you, a sequence we refine together, and a clear definition of what a qualified meeting is.

The UK market

Who you will sell to in the United Kingdom.

The United Kingdom is where most of our white label partners operate and where we are building a direct client base. Buyers are agencies, consultancies and mid sized businesses that want senior engineering at a sensible cost, GDPR aligned delivery, a fixed scope and a supplier that writes clearly. Decisions are considered and relationships last.

What we look for

Education, experience, skills and the practical things.

Stated as what we actually look for. Experience in the software industry or at a digital, marketing or IT services agency is what we weigh most. If you are close on most of it, apply.

Education
A degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field is useful. A record of hitting activity and meeting targets matters more.
Experience
One to three years in an SDR, inside sales or lead generation role selling to businesses, ideally in the software industry or at a digital or marketing agency, with the numbers to show: calls, meetings booked, conversion to proposal. Candidates from the UK market who already know the companies we sell to move to the front.
Language
Native level English, written in UK English. Proposals and emails are read closely.
Right to work
You must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Employment is through our UK arrangement, with base and commission in pounds sterling.
