Services · Dedicated developers and teams

Senior engineers who join your standups.

Senior engineers who join your standups, work your hours and leave the codebase better than they found it. You keep the hiring decision reversible, which is usually the whole point.
Individual developers, whole teams or specialists in DevOps and QA, on a monthly basis, cancel with notice.
Built for
Teams whose roadmap grew faster than hiring can, or who need a skill for a season.
Typical timeline
A senior engineer in two to three weeks. Niche stacks take longer, and we say so.
What you own
Everything they write. Your repositories, your accounts, your NDA; nothing belongs to Codeeo.

What you get

The people, and how they plug into your team.

Engineers are vetted by our leads, not matched by a keyword. You interview them before they start. Companies that want to hire developers without recruiting choose our dedicated developers in the UK: named engineers who join your team and stay on it.
Explain your project
  • Hire developers

Named senior engineers in React, Node, .NET, Flutter, Laravel and more, from one to a team.

You interview and choose named engineers, and they start in your tools within weeks.

  • Staff augmentation

Add capacity to an existing team for a release or a quarter, without a hiring cycle.

You ship the release without a six month hiring cycle or a permanent headcount.

  • Dedicated teams

A lead, engineers and QA working as a unit on your product, with your backlog.

You get a team that owns the product and its delivery, not a list of hours.

  • DevOps engineers

Pipelines, infrastructure as code, monitoring and the on-call nobody wants to do alone.

Deploys are boring, infrastructure is in code, and someone is on call who is not you.

  • QA engineers

Manual and automated testing with the devices and browsers your users really have.

Bugs are found on the devices your users own before your users find them.

  • Technical leads

Someone who answers for architecture, code quality and the team's delivery.

One person answers for architecture and code quality, so decisions do not drift.

  • Offshore development

Teams in Dubai and Karachi overlapping your working day, in your tools.

You get overlapping hours and your own tools, without the lag of an offshore vendor.

  • Agile delivery

Your sprints, your ceremonies, your definition of done. We fit the process you have.

We join your sprints and your definition of done; your process does not change for us.

  • Code review

Every change reviewed by a second engineer before it merges. No exceptions.

Nothing merges without a second pair of eyes, so quality does not depend on one person.

  • Team scaling

Up in weeks when the roadmap grows, down with notice when it does not.

Capacity grows in weeks when the roadmap does, and shrinks with notice when it does not.

Who this is for

Three reasons teams add engineers this way.

A local senior hire takes three to six months and a permanent headcount. Three reasons teams add engineers this way instead, and what each needs from us. When you hire developers through us, staff augmentation means you direct the work and we stay accountable for the people.
01

The roadmap grew faster than hiring can

A senior engineer through us starts in two to three weeks, not the three to six months a local hire takes. If it works, keep them. If the roadmap shrinks, step down.

Two to three weeks to start, 30 days notice to stop.

02

You need a skill for a season

A payments integration, a migration, a mobile release. Specialists for the duration, without a permanent headcount.

Specialists for the duration, no permanent headcount.

03

You want a whole team without building one

A lead, engineers and QA who already work together, pointed at your product, inside your tools.

A lead, engineers and QA who already work together.

Four steps from brief to a working engineer.

  1. 01DiscoverThe stack, the codebase, the team they are joining and what good looks like in your first month. That brief is what we match against.
  2. 02DesignWe propose named people with real profiles. You interview them. Nobody starts who you have not met and chosen.
  3. 03BuildOnboarding in the first week: access, standards, a first small ticket shipped. Our lead stays close so problems are raised early, not at the review.
  4. 04MeasureMonthly review of delivery, quality and fit, with you. Engineers who are not working out are replaced; that is our cost, not yours.

Selected work

Two or three of the companies this lane has built for. The full list is on the work page.

01

Payments

PURPOSE PAYMENT

A payments product where compliance was designed in from the first sprint, not discovered at the security review.

Payment work carries requirements that are far cheaper to design for than to retrofit: how data is stored, who is allowed to see it, and what has to be provable afterwards. Those were settled before the build started rather than bolted on when the review came around.

Entertainment

STAR CINEMAS

Ticketing across 100+ screens, rebuilt so seat selection works on a phone in under a minute.

The old flow asked for a cinema, a film, a date and a time before it would show a single seat, which is three screens of commitment before any value. We rebuilt it around the seat map, with showtimes as a filter rather than a gate, and made the whole path work one handed on a phone in a dark foyer.

Questions people ask before adding developers.

Senior, by default. We say so when someone is mid level and price accordingly.

Every engineer is vetted by our technical leads on real code, not a quiz, and you interview them before they start. Profiles are honest about years and stacks.
