The role
You own new business for Codeeo in United States. The pipeline comes from your own outbound, from the sales development representative, from inbound enquiries, from partners and from referrals. You run discovery, qualify hard, and bring a solution lead into the deal to scope and price it. Proposals go out with a fixed cost and a date, you close, and you hand over to delivery cleanly and stay close through the first project. You are measured on closed, delivered revenue, and commission is uncapped.
The US market
Who you will sell to in the United States.
The United States is our largest growth market and the one where we compete on price, speed and seniority against domestic agencies and offshore vendors. Our pitch there is simple: senior engineers, a written scope with a fixed cost, delivery that overlaps US hours, and a track record you can inspect. US buyers move fast, expect a proposal in days, and respect a salesperson who qualifies hard.
