In short

We are a software, mobile app and web development company with a marketing arm, which is an unusual shape on purpose. Most companies juggle a web agency, a marketing agency and a software vendor, and nobody owns the number. We wanted to be the one team that does, so the website, the enquiries and the system behind them are briefed once and measured together.

2018
A small office in Dubai, two people
Codeeo began in a small office in Dubai with a team of two. We onboarded a handful of clients, mostly businesses that needed a website and the system behind it to agree with each other, and we delivered every project we took on. Those first deliveries became the references that brought the next clients.
2019 to 2023
Word of mouth, and a wider team
Each finished project introduced the next. The team grew from two into the engineers, designers and marketers a full build needs, the services widened from websites into mobile apps, custom software, CRM and ERP, and we learned to run marketing against enquiries rather than impressions.
2024
Saudi Arabia and the United States
We expanded operations into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United States, opening a presence in Riyadh and serving US companies with the same team, the same process and the same accountability for the number.
2025
Partnerships with the principal platforms
We formalised partnerships with the companies whose platforms our clients run on, Microsoft among them, alongside the cloud, commerce, advertising and AI platforms listed below. It means our teams work inside these products every week and know their licensing and their limits before a client pays for them.
Today

More than 200 projects delivered across the UAE and the US, a team of more than 80 across Dubai, Riyadh and Karachi, and a portfolio that runs from cinema ticketing to fire inspections. The office is bigger. The loop is the same.
